Power Greens Juice Recipe
A seriously smooth and frothy indulge tailor-made to jumpstart a busy day!
Ingredients:
- 3 large kale leaves (stems removed)
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 granny smith apple (cored and chopped)
- 6 large strawberries (hulled)
- 1 small fennel bulb (trimmed and sliced)
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 lime (peeled, or juiced if using a blender)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (peeled and chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh turmeric (peeled and chopped)
- 1 cup cold water or coconut water (optional, for blending)
Instructions:
1. Prep the Ingredients: Rinse all produce thoroughly. Chop the kale, spinach, apple, strawberries, fennel, ginger, and turmeric into smaller pieces if needed for juicing or blending.
2. Juicer Method:
- Feed the kale, spinach, apple, strawberries, fennel, mint, ginger, and turmeric into the juicer.
- Squeeze the lime juice into the collected juice.
3. Blender Method:
- Add all the ingredients, including water or coconut water, into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag to extract the juice, if desired.
4. Serve: Pour the juice into a glass, add ice if desired, and enjoy!
