Ingredients:
Everything Bagel seasoning
1 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup rosemary
1/2 cup basil
Frozen or fresh
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup carrots
Canned or dried
1 cup pinto beans
1 cup navy beans
Instructions:
1. Sauté Herbs:
Heat a pot on medium. Add a splash of vegetable broth, rosemary, and basil. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add Vegetables:
Stir in broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add Broth & Beans:
Pour in vegetable broth, pinto beans, and navy beans. Simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Season:
Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning to taste. Simmer 5 more minutes.
Note: Cook beans first if dried until almost done then all the ingredients mentioned in the recipe and let simmer for about 30 minutes.

Chicken breast
Turkey breast
Mushrooms (Portabella or blue oyster)
